IMAGE Training Materials for Careers Advisors

These materials are for use by universities or individual careers advisors to understand the best ways to advise student on their career options and the process of applying and securing a job. A good understanding of autism is at the heart of this training. We provide hands-on exercises and share tips that careers advisors can easily adopt.

The training materials are available in 5 languages, please download your language version below. In each download you will find:

• A Powerpoint presentation to use in your training session
• A Trainers Guide with instructions for how to run the training session
• A Transcript of the training session with suggested commentary and timings for each slide

The training materials were created using a participatory design approach, involving careers advisors in the conception and on-going refinement.
