These materials are for use by universities or individual careers advisors to understand the best ways to advise student on their career options and the process of applying and securing a job. A good understanding of autism is at the heart of this training. We provide hands-on exercises and share tips that careers advisors can easily adopt.
The training materials are available in 5 languages, please download your language version below. In each download you will find:
- A Powerpoint presentation to use in your training session
- A Trainers Guide with instructions for how to run the training session
- A Transcript of the training session with suggested commentary and timings for each slide
The training materials were created using a participatory design approach, involving careers advisors in the conception and on-going refinement.
